BSX Announces Listing Of The FMG Special Opportunity Fund Non-Voting Redeemable Preference Class A09 Shares
Hamilton, Bermuda: 23 June 2009 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of 10,900,000 non-voting redeemable preference Class A09 shares each in US dollars or in Euro, of the FMG Special Opportunity Fund Ltd. (the "Fund"). The listing was effective from 20 May 2009.

The FMG Special Opportunity Fund Ltd. was incorporated on 17 March, 2005. The Fund is a Bermuda Standard Scheme that places the Fund's assets in one or more concentrated investment themes. Once a theme is identified then the assets may be allocated to one or more investment managers to execute the theme. Single stock investments may be included as with independent investment managers. The Fund commenced business on 1 April, 2005.
