BELCO Holdings Limited Name Changed to Ascendant Group Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda - 3 July 2009 - On 25 June 2009, BELCO Holdings Limited formally changed its name to "Ascendant Group Limited" after the name change had been approved by Shareholders at the recent Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders of BELCO Holdings are not required to take any action because of this name change. All BELCO and BELCO Holdings share certificates are still valid and do not need to be exchanged. Ascendant Group Limited will trade on the Bermuda Stock Exchange as AGL.BH.
