Lines Overseas Management Limited Advises BSX Of New Material Shareholder
Hamilton, Bermuda - 03 July, 2009 - The directors of LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM.BH) advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange that following a cross of LOM shares today, Chiropo Company S.A., an investment holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, is now the beneficial owner of more than 8% of the outstanding shares of LOM, with total current holdings of 506,476 shares.
