NOWE FINANSE LIMITED - AGM To Be Held 28 August 2009

Hamilton, Bermuda - 7 August, 2009 - The Directors of Nowe Finanse Limited (the "Company"; NOWEFIN.BH), wish to advise that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2009 were approved by the Board on 5 August 2009.

The Administrator is currently arranging distribution of the Financial Statement to all Shareholders on the Register.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00 am (UK time) on Friday 28 August 2009 at the offices of Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited, St. Mary's Court, 20 Hill Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EU.
