BH Global Limited - August 2009 Share Conversion Requests
Hamilton, Bermuda - 01 September, 2009 - BH Global Limited (the "Company") announces that it has received (in aggregate) the following share conversion requests from shareholders for the 31 August 2009 Share Conversion Date:
- 4,500 Sterling shares to be converted into US dollar shares
- 123,550 Euro shares to be converted to Sterling shares
- 86,000 Euro shares to be converted to US dollar shares
Conversions will take place as soon as practicable after the Company's month-end net asset value figures for August are released. Converting shareholders will be notified upon conversion taking place, which will be no later than 25 business days after 31 August 2009.
