IPC Holdings Ltd - Shareholders Approve Amalgamation With Validus Ltd
HAMILTON, Bermuda - 04 September, 2009 - IPC Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ: IPCR; BSX: IPCR.BH), in a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), today announced that at a meeting of Shareholders, held today, it was voted to approve the amalgamation with Validus Ltd, effective 4th September, 2009.
As a result of the amalgamation the shares in the Company will be de-listed from the BSX effective 4th September, 2009.
