Butterfield Bank Announce Director Retirement

Hamilton, Bermuda ─ 08 September, 2009 - In a filing, dated 04 September, 2009, to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), the Bank of NT Butterfield & Son Limited (the "Bank"; Ticker: NTB.BH) announced the retirement, effective 30 April, 2009, Mr Glenn Titterton as Director from the Bank.
