NOWE FINANSE LIMITED - Intention To Call An SGM
Hamilton, Bermuda - 18 September, 2009 - The Directors of Nowe Finanse Limited (the "Company" Ticker: NOWEFIN.BH), wish to advise that it is intended to draft proposals and call a Special General Meeting of the Company in relation to the return of assets to Shareholders.
It is anticipated that Shareholders will have the option to take their entitlement in cash or in specie and cash. Once assets have been returned to Shareholders it would be the intention of the Board to place the Fund into members' voluntary liquidation.
The proposals will be circulated to Shareholders in the normal manner allowing the statutory 14 days clear notice for voting purposes. A further stock exchange announcement will be made to advise Shareholders when the relevant Circular is released.
