RELEASE OF PALLINGHURST'S INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
HAMILTON, Bermuda - 22 September, 2009 - Pallinghurst Resources Limited (Ticker: PALLRES.BH) has informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the Company's condensed consolidated interim financial statements ("the interim financial statements") for the six months ended to 30 June 2009 have now been released on the Company's website, www.pallinghurst.com.
A copy of the interim financial statements was sent to shareholders by mail on or about Monday 21 September 2009.
