New Castle Market Neutral Offshore Limited Announces Changes To Its Board Of Directors
Hamilton, Bermuda - 26 October, 2009 -- The The Board of Directors of New Castle Market Neutral Offshore Fund Ltd (the "Fund"; Ticker: NEWMNOA.BH) announced that effective 6 January 2009, the resignation of Peter Martin as a Director was accepted.
The Fund further announced that effective 6 January 2009 Scott A Merves, Robert S. Reitzes, John Eager and Robert M. Steinberg were appointed as Directors and joined Mark A. Kurkland and Gerald Cummins on the Board of Directors of the Fund.
