New Castle Market Neutral Offshore Limited Announces Change Of Fund Administrator
Hamilton, Bermuda - 27 October, 2009 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) the Board of Directors of New Castle Market Neutral Offshore Fund Ltd (the "Fund"; Ticker: NEWMNOA.BH) announced that with effect from April 2009 it did appoint PNCGIS (U.S.) Inc. as the administrator, registrar and transfer agent of the Fund to replace Butterfield Fulcrum Group (Bermuda) Limited.
The Listing of the Fund on the BSX remains suspended pending further announcements by the Fund.
