PartnerRe Ltd Declares Dividends on Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares
PEMBROKE, Bermuda - 10 November, 2009 -- PartnerRe Ltd. (NYSE:PRE) has announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the period September 1, 2009 - November 30, 2009 of $0.421875 per share on the Company's 6.75% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, and $0.40625 per share on the Company's 6.5% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. The dividends will be payable on December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 20, 2009.
