RenFin II Limited - Share Repurchase Programme Update
Hamilton, Bermuda - 19 November, 2009 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) the Directors of RenFin II Limited (the "Company", Ticker: RENFIN2 VI) approved a proposal that, further to the announcement of the tender offer for the Company's shares made on 3 November 2009, the Repurchase Date be postponed until 25 November 2009.
Shareholders who wish to tender all or any number of their Shares, should complete a Tender Form and return it to the Company's administrator, Custom House Fund Services (Ireland) Limited (the "Administrator"), to be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (Irish time) on 24 November 2009.
Each shareholder may tender any number of Shares up to (but not exceeding) the total number of Shares registered in his name as at 5:00 p.m. (Irish time) on 24 November 2009.
