Bermuda Container Line Ltd Announces Plans To De-list From The BSX
Hamilton Bermuda - 27 November, 2009 - In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Bermuda Container Line Ltd (the "Company"; Ticker: BCL.BH) announced its intention to de-list from the BSX in 2010.
At the Company's Special General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, 26 November, 2009, shareholders voted to de-list from the BSX. It is anticipated that the de-listing process will be complete by and effective from Friday, 26 February, 2010.
