Patrick Tannock Resigns From Board Of Butterfield Bank

Hamilton, Bermuda ─ 07 January, 2010 – In an announcement to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (Ticker: NTB.BH) has announced the resignation, effective 21 December, 2009, of Mr Patrick Tannock as a Director of the Bank.
