FCIB Exercises Options In Bermuda Commercial Bank

Hamilton, Bermuda – 07 January, 2010 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (“BCB”. Ticker: BCB.BH) announced that on 30 December, 2009, First Curacao International Bank NV (“FCIB”) exercised their options on 200,000 BCB shares.

 

The number of shares now held by FCIB is 3,461,577 equating to 54.49% of the total number of issued and fully paid shares of BCB, which now stands at 6,352,687 shares.
