BSX Approves Listing of Participating Shares for Aurum Atlas Dollar Fund, Aurum Atlas Euro Fund, and Aurum Atlas Sterling Fund
Hamilton, Bermuda: 13 January 2010 - The Listing Committee of The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of up to 4,999,000 Participating Shares each of the Aurum Atlas Dollar Fund Ltd, the Aurum Atlas Euro Fund Ltd, and the Aurum Atlas Sterling Fund Ltd (“the Funds”).
The Funds were incorporated in Bermuda on 16 November 2009 and are registered as Standard Funds by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Investment Funds Act 2006 of Bermuda.
The listing of the funds is effective from January 4th 2010, and is a secondary listing, the primary exchange being the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).
Aurum Atlas Dollar Fund, Euro Fund and Sterling Funds (the Feeder Funds) invest solely into Aurum Atlas Fund Ltd (the Master Fund).
The Aurum Atlas Master Fund is a diversified global fund of funds that seeks long term capital growth by investing in growth areas, including emerging markets, natural resources and commodities using a mix of hedge fund strategies including equity long/short, macro and commodities.
Continental Sponsors Ltd. sponsors the listing of the Participating Shares of the Aurum Atlas Dollar, Euro and Sterling Funds. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for General Marketing.
