Fabian Romania Limited De-lists From The BSX
Hamilton, Bermuda – 09 February, 2010 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), Fabian Romania Limited (the “Issuer”; Ticker: FABROPR.BH) will voluntarily withdraw from listing on the BSX effective 9th February, 2010.
The resolution to de-list was approved by the sole shareholder on 10 December, 2009.
