AURUM Funds Announces Re-structuring Of Funds
Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 February, 2010 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), the Aurum Family of Funds announced changes to Funds listed on the BSX.
- Aurum Resource Dollar Fund Ltd (AURRESA.BH); Aurum Resource EURO Fund Ltd (AURRESE.BH); and Aurum Resource Sterling Fund Ltd (AURRESS.BH) merged with the Aurum Atlas Funds effective 31 December, 2009. As a result the fund is closed and de-listed from the BSX effective 19 February, 2010;
- Aurum Asia Pacific Dollar Fund Ltd (AURASPA.BH); Aurum Asia Pacific EURO Fund Ltd (AURASPE.BH); and Aurum Asia Pacific Sterling Fund Ltd (AURASPS.BH) merged with the Aurum Atlas Funds effective 31 December, 2009. As a result the fund is closed and de-listed from the BSX effective 19 February, 2010 ;
- Aurum ISIS Plus Dollar Fund Ltd (AURIPUS.BH); Aurum ISIS Plus EURO Fund Ltd (AURIPEU.BH); and Aurum ISIS Plus Sterling Fund Ltd (AURIPST.BH) merged with the Aurum Multi Strategy Funds effective 31 December, 2009. As a result the fund is closed and de-listed from the BSX effective 19 February, 2010
