HSBC Investment Solutions Plc De-Lists Fund From The BSX
Hamilton, Bermuda – 26 February, 2010 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), HSBC Investment Solutions (“HIS”) announced the delisting of the last of the HIS Funds listed on the BSX.
HIS – Global Equity Fund (TICKER: ALPMGTP.BH) will invoke the compulsory redemption provisions and close following the redemption of shares by the last major shareholder. As a result the fund will close and de-list from the BSX effective 26 February, 2010.
