New Castle Market Neutral Offshore Fund Ltd De-lists From The BSX
Hamilton, Bermuda – 15 March, 2010 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), the Directors of New Castle Market Neutral Offshore Fund Ltd (NEWMNOA.BH) wish to advise that, following the compulsory redemption of participating shares, it has resolved to de-list the Fund from the BSX. The De-listing from the BSX is effective from 15 March, 2010.
