BH Global Ltd Appoints New Non-Executive Independent Director
Hamilton, Bermuda – 23 March, 2010 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), BH Global Limited (the "Company") announces the appointment of Graham Harrison as an additional non-executive independent director to the board of directors, with effect from 17 March, 2010.
Graham, a resident of Guernsey, is the co-founder and Managing Director of Asset Risk Consultants a specialist investment consulting services company. Graham’s full biography will shortly be available on the Company’s website www.bhglobal.com
Lord Turnbull, the Company’s chairman, commented: “We are pleased to welcome Graham to the board. His background in strategic asset allocation and risk profiling complements the existing skill set of the board and from a corporate governance perspective his appointment further strengthens the independence of a board that is already comprised of a majority of directors independent from the Company’s manager, Brevan Howard Offshore Management Limited.”
