Clear Concept Global Opportunity Fund SPC Ltd.: Notice of Name Change
Hamilton, Bermuda: 11 May 2010 - Following approval by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission, GMG Fund Services Ltd. is pleased to announce the change in name of Clear Concept Global Opportunity Fund SPC Ltd to International Private Capital SPC Ltd (the “Company”). The name change is effective 8 April 2010.
GMG Fund Services Ltd. (formally Clear Concept Capital Ltd), as manager to the Medium Term Note Program (the “Program”), initiated the changes in line with its own rebranding. Clear Concept Capital Ltd became GMG Fund Services Ltd, effective 1 April 2010, fully incorporating it under the GMG Group brand.
GMG Trust Ltd will continue to provide full paying agency services to the Company and will remain the primary point of contact for all Noteholders. Neither of the name changes will have any impact on the rights and obligations applicable to holders of Notes issued under the Program.
