W.P. Stewart & Co Ltd De-lists From the BSX
HAMILTON, Bermuda – 03 June, 2010 – W.P. Stewart & Co Ltd (the “Company”; Ticker: WPS.BH), in a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), today confirmed their request to be de-listed from the BSX.
As a result of the approval, by the Bermuda Supreme Court, of the Company’s Scheme of Arrangement wherein the Company was amalgamated with the Delaware Company of the same name, effective 28 May, 2010, the BSX has granted the request to de-list. The shares in the Company are de-listed from the BSX effective 03 June, 2010.
