Media House Limited – Market Announcement
Hamilton, Bermuda – 03 June, 2010 –Media House Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: MHL.BH) announced today that, following consultation with its professional advisors, the Company has decided not to proceed with a general offer to its shareholders to repurchase its shares prior to the completion of the de-listing of its shares from the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
The BSX has confirmed that the effective date for the de-listing of the Company from the BSX will be 12 July, 2010. The last trading day for the Company’s common shares will be Tuesday, 6 July, 2010.
