Hamilton, Bermuda – 30 June, 2010 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), Russia Infrastructure Equities Limited (the "Company"; Ticker: RUSINFE.VI) wishes to advise that the directors of the Company have approved a distribution in cash of US$0.125073 per Share, which reflects a total distribution of US$25 million, net of expenses.
