Renaissance Securities Trading - Euro Medium Term Notes Programme De-listed From The BSX

Hamilton, Bermuda – 12 July, 2010 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the de-listing of the Renaissance Securities Trading - Euro Medium Term Notes Programme and all related certificates for non-payment of Annual Listing fees as required under the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24(1). The De-listing from the BSX is effective from 12 July, 2010.
