BSX Approves Listing of up to 4,999,000 Participating Shares of The Aurum Macro Fund Ltd.

Hamilton, Bermuda:  15 July  2010 – The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the secondary listing of up to 4,999,000 Participating Shares of the Aurum Macro Fund Ltd (“the Fund”, ticker symbol AURUMMC.BH). The primary listing for the Aurum Macro Fund Ltd. is the Irish Stock Exchange. The listing is effective as of 02 June 2010.

The Aurum Macro Fund Ltd. was incorporated in Bermuda on 27 April 2010.

The Fund has been authorised and registered as a Standard Fund by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Investment Funds Act 2006 of Bermuda. Permission under the Exchange Control Act 1972 (and the regulations made thereunder) has been

obtained from the Bermuda Monetary Authority for the issue of up to 4,999,000 Participating Shares of par value US$0.002.

The Fund's objective is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing either directly or indirectly through selected funds or investment managers, in a strategically determined mix of global fixed income securities, equity securities, derivative securities, currencies and other investment assets with an emphasis on long term growth.

Continental Sponsors Ltd sponsored the listing of the Participating Shares of the Fund. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for General Marketing.
