Argus Group AGM Amendment Announcement

Hamilton, Bermuda – 21 July, 2010 – in a release made to The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today, Argus Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: AGH.BH) announced that it has come to the attention of the Company that insufficient notice may have been given to some or all shareholders in respect of the AGM of the Company originally scheduled for Thursday, 22 July, 2010. As a result, the AGM will now take place on Thursday, 26 August, 2010.

Formal notice of the AGM and the proxy materials will be mailed to shareholders shortly.
