Hamilton, Bermuda - 26 July, 2010 - Premier International Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: PREM.BH) today gave notice to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the below noted amounts of its listed securities were issued to the parties named for work done on behalf of the Company in conjunction with its listing on the BSX:-
1) 250,000 shares issued to Miss Clare Alexander;
2) 750,000 shares issued to Mansion House Capital.
