Premier International Limited – Executive & Other Corporate Changes
Hamilton, Bermuda - 27 July, 2010 - Premier International Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: PREM.BH) announces the resignations of Ms. Lynda Milligan-Whyte and the Hon. Quinton L. Edness as directors of the Company, and Mr. Arthur Hodgson as Secretary of the Company with effect from 27 May, 2010.
The Company wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Jozef Charles Hendriks and Ms. Ayotola Jagun as Directors of the Company with effect from 13 July 2010.
Mr. Jozef C Hendriks is the founder and chairman of Harbour Fiduciary Services Limited and Harbour International Trust Company Limited. He was formerly the Managing Director of Global Asset Management (GAM) in Bermuda with responsibility for legal and tax services for the group. Mr. Hendriks is currently director and chairman of several offshore Funds. He is also a director of Capital G Limited amongst other local Bermuda and international companies.
Ms. Ayotola Jagun is a qualified lawyer and corporate secretary with over 15 years of corporate and commercial law and compliance experience. She was formerly Senior Corporate, Risk & Control Manager at Citigroup in Bermuda. She currently serves as a director of several Bermuda exempt companies.
The Company also wishes to announce the appointment of Harbour Fiduciary Services Limited as Secretary of the Company and inform the investing public that the registered office for Premier International Limited was changed to Thistle House, 2nd Floor, 4 Burnaby Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda with effect from 13 July 2010.
The Company further announces the resignations of Waterstreet Corporate Services Ltd. as Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company and LOM Capital Limited as Listing Sponsor of the Company.
The new registrar and transfer agent of the Company effective 23 July, 2010 is Harbour Fiduciary Services Limtited, a company incorporated in the Islands of Bermuda and whose office is at Thistle House, 2nd Floor, 4 Burnaby Street, Hamilton HM11, Bermuda. In addition, Capital G BSX will act as the new Listing Sponsor of the Company with effect from 13 July, 2010.
