British Capital Property Investments Limited – Market Announcement
Hamilton, Bermuda – 26 May, 2015 – – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), British Capital Property Investments Limited (the “Issuer”; Ticker: BCPRINV.BU) formally announces that following the Sale and Purchase Agreement with Atlantic Leaf Properties Limited (“Atlantic Leaf”), the shares in both subsidiary companies of the Issuer, and consequently the property assets were sold to Atlantic Leaf for GBP 10,817,322.24, a compulsory redemption will be paid to all ordinary shareholders of approximately £1,000 per share on 26 May 2015.
Following the completion of the compulsory redemption, the Company will seek a derogation from the Bermuda Stock Exchange to waive the required notice period and commence de-listing from the exchange and then to voluntarily wind up the Company.
