Hamilton, Bermuda – 07 September, 2010 – Collins International Limited (the “Fund” or the “Company”; Ticker: COLINSI.GU) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange that the Annual General Meeting ("the Meeting") of the Company scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 03 September, 2010, had not met the quorum requirements and therefore the chairman of the Meeting, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Incorporation, has adjourned the Meeting until Friday 10th September, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.
