ARGUS GROUP – Change Of Company Secretary
Hamilton, Bermuda – 12 October, 2010 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Argus Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: AGH.BH) today announced that, effective 23 September, 2010, the Board of Directors had appointed George N.H. Jones as Company Secretary.
David W. Pugh remains the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, but has formally rescinded the additional responsibilities of Company Secretary.
