RenFin Limited - Share Buy-Back Results
Hamilton, Bermuda – 23 December, 2010 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), the Directors of RenFin Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: RENFIN1.VI) have announced the results of the repurchase of Company shares conducted on 22 December, 2010.
The Directors of RenFin Limited wish to announce that the Company executed a
buyback for US$30,000,000 on 22 December, 2010.
The buyback was executed at a price of US$75.
1,582,653.00 shares tendered out of total shares outstanding of 1,999,970.00 or
79.13%. Therefore pro-rata scaling back in clients’ orders came to 25.27%.
