RenFin II Limited - Share Buy-Back Results
Hamilton, Bermuda – 23 December, 2010 - In an announcement made to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), the Directors of RenFin II Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: RENFIN2.VI) have announced the results of the repurchase of Company shares conducted on 22 December, 2010.
The Directors of RenFin II Limited wish to announce that the Company executed a
buyback for US$13,118,040 on 22 December, 2010.
The buyback was executed at a price of US$60.
218,634.00 shares tendered out of total shares outstanding of 1,252,153.76 or
17.46%. Therefore there was no scaling back in clients’ orders, all orders were fully
honoured.
