Karlholt Pty Ltd Voluntarily De-lists From The BSX
Hamilton, Bermuda – 11 March, 2011 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing of Karlholt Pty Ltd (KAH.BH), in accordance with a Shareholder vote, the result of which was filed with the BSX on 20 December, 2010.
The de-listing was granted under the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.31. The De-listing from the BSX is effective from Friday, 11 March, 2011.
