BSX Approves Secondary Listing of The Participating Shares Of The Aurum Isis Institutional Dollar Fund Ltd

Hamilton, Bermuda: March 16, 2011 – The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the secondary listing of up to 4,999,000 Participating Shares of par value USD 0.002 each,  of the Aurum Isis Institutional Dollar Fund Ltd, effective March 01, 2011. The Aurum Isis Institutional Dollar Fund Ltd was admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange on March 01, 2011. The ISE will be the Primary Exchange for the Aurum Isis Institutional Dollar Fund Ltd.

 

The Aurum Isis Fund Ltd. (“The Master Fund”) was incorporated in Bermuda on 30 October 2004. The Aurum Isis Sterling Fund, Aurum Isis Swiss Franc Fund, Aurum Isis Euro Fund, Aurum Isis Japanese Yen Fund and Aurum Isis Institutional Euro Fund are already listed on the BSX as feeder funds to the Aurum Isis Fund Ltd. and together with the Aurum Isis Institutional Dollar Fund Ltd., being an Institutional Dollar Feeder Fund investing solely into the Master Fund, collectively are the “Feeder Funds” and with the Master Fund constitute “The Funds”.

 

The Feeder Funds invest solely, apart from currency hedging intended to protect the base currency value, into US Dollar denominated Participating Shares of the Aurum Isis Fund Ltd. (“the Master Fund”), which will not otherwise be available to subscribers.

 

The Participating Shares of the Feeder Funds will be valued in their specific currencies.  The Participating Shares of the Master Fund will be valued in US Dollars.  The Master Fund was created to utilize an array of alternative investment strategies to provide investors with consistent returns, capital preservation and capital appreciation over the long-term.  The Master Fund endeavors to achieve this objective by allocating to a diversified range of hedge fund strategies, asset classes and instruments.

 

Continental Sponsors Ltd sponsored the listing of the Participating Shares of the Aurum Isis Institutional Dollar Fund Ltd. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for General Marketing.
