Hamilton, Bermuda – 16 March, 2011 - Lancashire Holdings Limited (“Lancashire” or “the Company”; Ticker: LHL BH) will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 5 May 2011 at 1pm (Bermuda time) at its Bermuda office, Power House, 7 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda. Notice of the AGM ("AGM Notice"), a form of proxy, a form of direction for holders of depository interests and the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 were posted to Shareholders on 14 March 2011.
Pursuant to U.K. Listing Rule 9.6.3, copies of the Lancashire Holdings Limited Annual Report and Accounts 2010 and notice of AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
