BSX Approves Listing of Additional Classes of HSBC Specialist Funds Limited
Hamilton, Bermuda - 28 March, 2014 – The Listing Committee of The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the approval of the listing of two additional Classes of Shares in the HSBC Specialist Funds Limited. The additional Classes of Shares are comprised of the Short Duration Fixed Income Fund Class CC shares, and the Short Duration Fixed Income Fund Class CD shares.
HSBC Specialist Funds Limited (the "Fund") was incorporated in Bermuda on 05 September, 2001, as an open-ended Company and is structured as an umbrella fund. The Fund investment objective is to maximise income and to minimise risk of capital deterioration.
The Investment Manager for the Fund is HSBC Global Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited.
The listing of the additional Classes of the Fund is sponsored by Bermuda International Securities Limited, also a wholly owned subsidiary of HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited.
