LOM (Holdings) Limited – Material Share Purchase by Director

Hamilton, Bermuda – 06 May, 2011 - In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), LOM (Holdings) Limited (“LOM”; Ticker: LOM.BH) announced that a total of 470,900 shares of the company were purchased today at $3.25 by a company wholly-owned by Scott Lines, an officer and director of LOM. The shares were sold by unrelated shareholders.
