‘Jardine Group’ of Companies – Directorate Change

Hamilton, Bermuda – 17 May, 2011 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange, dated 12 May, 2011, the ‘Jardine Group’ of Companies announced the retirement, from the respective boards of Directors, of Mr. R C Kwok. The retirement was effective 12 May, 2011.

 

The collective term, ‘Jardine Group’ in this instance refers to:

  1. Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (Ticker: JMHBD.BH);
  2. Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited (Ticker: JSHBD.BH);
  3. Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited (Ticker: DFIBD.BH);
  4. HongKong Land Holdings Limited (Ticker: HKLBD.BH); and,
  5. Mandarin Oriental International Limited (Ticker: MOIBD.BH).
