BSX Approves Listing of Additional Class C Shares of CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 December 2011 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of an additional 118,821,292 Class C Shares (“New C-shares”) of the CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd., effective the 16th December 2011, the date of admission of the New C shares to the Specialist Funds Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The listing on the BSX is a secondary listing with the securities having a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange’s Specialist Funds Market.
CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd has now in issue and listed 87,642,000 Ordinary Shares and 244,118,029 C-shares.
Prime Management Limited continued in its role as listing sponsor for the issuer.
