Snaefell Alternative Investment Fund – Directorate Changes

Hamilton, Bermuda - 11 July, 2011 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), dated 05 July, 2011, the BSX has been advised of changes to the Board of Directors for the Snaefell Alternative Investment Fund Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: SNAALIU.BH).

 

Namely:

  1. Mr. Richard Jarvis resigned as Director effective 18 May, 2011.
  2. Mr. Henry Hunt and Ms. Sue Preskey were each appointed as Directors to the Company effective 18 May, 2011.
