Shore Capital Group Limited – Directorate Changes
Hamilton, Bermuda – 12 July, 2011 – The Board of Shore Capital Group Limited (the ‘Company’; Ticker: SGR.BH), is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Lynn Bruce has been appointed a director with immediate effect. At the same time, Christopher Cochrane will be stepping down from the Board and the Board wishes to thank him for his contribution to the Company.
Elizabeth Lynn Bruce is aged 50. She is a Chartered Accountant (Scotland) having trained at KPMG. She was the CFO of an international wealth management group, Stenham Limited, for 11 years where she was also a member of both their Risk and Audit Committees. Prior to that she was the CFO for The Leasing Corporation plc and Financial Controller at AT&T Capital Europe.
