HAMILTON, Bermuda – 09 August, 2011 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Pallinghurst Resources Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: PALLRES.BH), announced the results of the AGM held on 05 August, 2011.
Shareholders are advised that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on Friday 5 August, 2011, all the ordinary resolutions set out in the notice and proposed at the meeting were passed by the requisite majority of the shareholders.
