BSX Cancels Listing of Myall River Downs Pty Ltd
Hamilton, Bermuda – 11 August, 2011 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the cancellation of listing, from the BSX, of Myall River Downs Pty Limited (the “Company”).
Further to the listing suspension announcement of 09 June, 2011, the BSX has, effective immediately, cancelled the listing of both the Ordinary shares (Ticker: MRD.BH) and the Class A shares (Ticker: MRDA.BH) of the Company. The Listing cancellation was effected for non-payment of listing fees under the BSX Regulations, Sec I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24(1) & (4).
