Queen Street III Capital Limited – Market Announcement
Hamilton, Bermuda – 18 August, 2011 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), dated 17 August, 2011, Queen Street III Capital Limited (the “Company”) made comment on the temporary suspension of the S&P rating on their Principal At-Risk Variable Notes (the “Notes”) due 28 July, 2014.
In accordance with the requirements of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section V, Chapter 6, Regulation 6.2, the Company advised of the temporary suspension to the rating of the Notes as a result of an administrative oversight regarding Standard & Poor’s SEC Rule 17g(5) related processes. It is expected a rating of ‘B+(sf)’ will be reinstated on the Notes on 19 August, 2011.
