Hamilton, Bermuda – 22 August, 2011 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), dated 19 August, 2011, Queen Street III Capital Limited (the “Company”) confirmed the reinstatement of the S&P rating on their Principal At-Risk Variable Notes (the “Notes”) due 28 July, 2014.
The Company advised of the reinstatement, effective 19 August, 2011, of the ‘B+(sf)’ rating of the Notes by Standard & Poor’s.
