Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited – Exercise of Options
Hamilton, Bermuda – 29 September, 2011 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (the “Company” or “BCB”; Ticker: BCB.BH) announced the exercise of certain options.
BCB announced that the following Options were exercised:
- Utilico Limited exercised their Options on 2,464,501 shares on 27 September, 2011; and,
- Ingot Capital Management exercised their Options on 261,408 shares on 28 September, 2011.
The total number of issued shares for BCB now stands at 7,002,562 compared to 6,652,687 issued and fully paid shares as at 31 December, 2010.
